Gladys Mwangi
LLM, LLB (UoN) CPS(K)
Gladys is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, admitted to the Bar in 2006.
She holds an LLB Degree and Masters in Law (LLM) in Law Governance and Democracy from the University of Nairobi.
Gladys has extensive experience in legal practice specializing in Conveyancing and Property Management, Family Law, Succession and Probate matters, Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Constitution and Administrative law, Employment and Labour Law and Environmental Governance.
She possesses a wealth of experience in legal advisory and representation in sale and purchase of real estate, perfection of securities, drafting and registration of Leases and management of developed properties. In addition, she is very proficient in drafting and reviewing various legal documents including Employment agreements, Joint Venture agreements, Memorandum of Understanding, Wills, Family agreements, Children Maintenance and Custody agreements.
Gladys is also Certified Public Secretary (CPSK) and possesses a wealth of knowledge in corporate governance. She has worked with many companies in effecting legal compliance, restructuring of companies, registration of debentures and charges and discharge of the same, drafting complex agreements/contracts entered into by the company such as shareholders’ agreements, share purchase agreements, business transfer agreements, joint ventures, Memorandums of Understanding among others.
Besides legal practice Gladys has extensive experience in teaching at University Level. Over the years she has lectured at Kenyatta University School of law.
Gladys is also a commissioner for oaths and notary Public.

Anne Nderi Gitonga
LLM, LLB (UoN) DIP KSL
Anne is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya having been admitted to the bar in 2008.
Anne has a proven track record and solid background in policy development, research., institutional strengthening and capacity building. Anne has worked with various national and international organizations such as the International Commission of Jurists {ICJ Kenya), the International Development Law Organization (IDLO) and the Africa Freedom of Information Centre (AFIC). Anne brings to the firm a wealth of experience in policy develop ment human rights, innovative strategy , leadership and management and research on complex legal and governance areas.
Anne is a transformative leader with expertise in legal practice; she has over the years through her work engaged in policy and legislative development, human rights, developing strategies for building governance institutions including the Legislatures, Independent Offices and Commissions select Ministries and State Departments. She has contributed to development, review and analysis of laws such as the Access to Information Act, the Legal Aid Act, the Small Claims Bill, the Leadership and Integrity Act, review of the Forest Conservation and Management Act, the Legal Aid Act and the Law of Succession Review Bill, review of Parliamentary Standing Orders, among others.
Anne has attained training in Constitution Building in Africa from the Central European University , Africa Human Rights systems in comparative perspectives from the University of Pretoria South Africa, Certificate in Arbitration from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators , among others. She holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB)Hons from the University of Nairobi and LLM in Law Governance and Democracy from the University of Nairobi.
Anne has undertaken leadership and exchange programmes such as the Premier International Visitor Leadership Programme (IVLP)hosted by the Unites States Department of State where she gained extensive experience on the US system of Government. In addition, Anne has undertaken the Beyond Your Edge Leadership Programme.
